I absolutely love cherries, but when Rainier cherries are available, I buy them pretty much in bulk! When they’re in season (now), I eat them every day, and then when they’re gone, I wish I had eaten more. I like to combine them with Bing cherries so I have bites of both tart and sweet.
Rainier cherries are by far the prettiest and sweetest cherries, not to mention the most expensive. Luckily, Costco sells a 3-lb clamshell for $9.99!
